Residential Care, Inc. or RCI is a private Therapeutic Foster Care Agency which is also sometimes known as a Treatment Foster Care Agency.

This means that we work with State Agencies but are not owned or operated by the state. We have locations in Maryland and Virginia.

In Maryland we have locations in Baltimore and Crofton.

In the Commonwealth of Virginia we have locations in both Alexandria and Richmond.
